SMS Terms & Conditions

By opting in to receive text messages from BTC Now (the “BTC Now SMS Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms reflect, and should be read together with, the BTC Now SMS Privacy Policy.

1. Program description. The BTC Now SMS Program sends account and servicing text messages to customers and applicants who have opted in. Messages relate to your BTC Now account and may include: account and identity verification, payment reminders, payment confirmations, AutoPay enrollment and AutoPay status notifications, account and agreement status updates, and customer-support communications. The BTC Now SMS Program is informational and transactional; it is not used to market third-party products.
2. Message frequency. Message frequency may vary.
3. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile service provider for details regarding your messaging and data plan.
4. How to get help. For help, reply HELP to any message, text HELP to (302) 555-0123, or contact our support team at support@btcnow.com.
5. How to opt out. You can cancel the BTC Now SMS Program at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by texting STOP to (302) 555-0123. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming your unsubscribe, and you will not receive further messages from the BTC Now SMS Program unless you opt in again.
6. Privacy. BTC Now is committed to protecting your privacy. Information collected through the BTC Now SMS Program is used to service your account and communicate with you, as described in our SMS Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Participating carriers. AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, and Clearsky.
8. Carrier liability. Carriers do not guarantee that messages will be delivered and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Changes to these terms. BTC Now may modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes are effective upon posting the revised terms on this page or by otherwise notifying you.
